Dialysis
The same days each week at a fixed chair time.
Standing schedules
When a rider travels to the same clinic on the same days each week, the trips can be set up once as a standing schedule. Dispatch sets it up and confirms each trip before it runs.
Standing schedules are set up by phone. The online request form is for a single trip.
A repeating trip pattern held on file: the same rider, route and service level, on set days and times.
Standing schedules are built around treatment that repeats on a known pattern.
The same days each week at a fixed chair time.
A course of visits set by the prescribing provider.
Often daily for several weeks at the same treatment center.
A set number of visits each week.
Repeat visits, often after a hospital or nursing facility stay.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits to the same clinic.
Setting one up
Call (909) 892-8383 and say the trips repeat.
The days, the appointment times, the first date, whether each visit needs a return trip, and how long the schedule runs.
Ambulatory or wheelchair, matched to how the rider travels and any equipment that comes along.
Dispatch confirms the pickup window, the pickup address and entrance, and the receiving department.
Details stay on file, so the trip does not have to be re-explained each week. A standing schedule is not a reserved driver or vehicle. Dispatch confirms availability for each trip. If the rider’s mobility needs change, call Dispatch — the service level may need to change with them.
Coverage and authorization vary by health plan and trip. When an authorization ends or the covered trips run out, the plan or the ordering provider may need to renew it before more trips are scheduled.
Dispatch can confirm what applies. Our insurance and payment page covers Medi-Cal, private pay and facility billing.
Facility coordination
Dialysis centers, infusion suites, therapy clinics and skilled nursing facilities can set up a standing schedule on a patient’s behalf. Dispatch works with a named contact at the facility.

Call Dispatch when visits are added, moved or ended.
Call Dispatch as early as you know about a change.
Call Dispatch with the date. The rest of the schedule stays in place.
New days, new times or a different clinic: Dispatch reworks the schedule with you.
When treatment finishes, call Dispatch to close out the remaining trips.
Notice periods and any charges that apply are set out in our cancellation policy.
